Sagavape.com is not responsible for delayed, mis-delivered or stolen packages. Once your order is scanned by Canada Post or any other delivery agents it is under the sole care and control of Canada Post, or any other agents to safely deliver the package to the purchaser or assigned recipient as assigned to in the shipping address. Sagavape.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping information given by purchaser. All packages returned to us due to a wrong address will be refunded minus the original shipment cost.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct shipping address information at the time of placing the order and additional shipping costs will apply on all orders that are returned due to incorrect shipping information. We cannot be responsible for lost, held, damaged packages, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages or mis-delivery errors via carrier (example: delivered scan but not delivered). Shipping is a service you purchase from Canada Post along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by Canada Post. If you do not agree to this policy you will not be able to complete a purchase as the terms & conditions box must be checked. There will be NO exceptions to this policy.
At Sagavape.com we ship packages to many countries and we are working to expand more locations. Keep in mind we are unaware of your local laws and you, the customer, assumes all shipping risk. Once the package leaves our hands there is nothing we can do from that point. All international mail is shipped via USPS & Asendia USA, If you order any e-juice, your customs form will be labeled as e-juice. We will not stretch the truth or under declare values on any packages.
Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into their country. In certain cases the packages may get held up in customs, or never delivered. We apologize for the inconvenience but international customers assume that risk, and once we ship it internationally we consider it a finalized sale
International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges. We ship at your own risk, but there is a chance they WILL BE confiscated. We are not responsible for these products if done so.
USPS First-Class Package International Service® & Asendia USA International Shipping is assigned a tracking number and can be tracked until it is delivered to the customer. Your package will arrive to you in 7 – 21 business days, but because of potential customs delays, this process may take up to 30 business days. On average it takes approximately 9 business for international orders.
